Biggest green day of the month thanks to BBGI โ even after starting red.
Really grateful I didnโt push it.

Trade Breakdown
ASPC โ 3 trades | +$0.31, +$1.75, +$=$.55
Trade #1 โ Scalped 31.45 โ 32.00 (1 share) = +$0.55
Quick pop, clean exit.
Trade #2 โ Breakout attempt 35.89 โ 36.20 (1 share) = +$0.31
Failed initially but reclaimed just enough for a base hit.
Trade #3 โ Another attempt 39.91 โ 41.66 (1 share) = +$1.75
Nice clean scalp.
Overall: Still outside my price range โ not good long-term practice.
BBGI โ 2 trades | -$1.50, +$42.40 (THE trade of the day) -__** resisted trading during Regular Market Hours because it was past my time, so stayed discplined there.**__
Trade #1 โ HOD attempt 6.19 / 6.20 exits = -$1.50
Cut it instantly โ correct move.
Trade #2 โ Full-size setup 5.35 โ sells into 6s & 6.80 = +$42.40
This was the whole day.
Perfect timing, perfect sizing, perfect exits.
My biggest winner of the month.
ENVB โ 3 trades | -$0.85, +$0.90, -$1.54
Trade #1 โ Pivot attempt 12.55 โ 12.38 (5 shares) = -$0.85
Quick stop-out.
Trade #2 โ Small reclaim win 12.51 โ 12.69 (5 shares) = +$0.90
Took the base hit.
Trade #3 โ Another pivot fail 12.55 โ 12.24/12.25 (5 shares) = -$1.54
Fast cut โ good discipline.
IRBT โ 1 trade | +$1.00
Bought 4.24 โ partial sells at 4.29 and 4.23s = +1.00
Float was way too high โ shouldโve never entered, even though I made it green.
JAGX โ 1 trade | -$6.20
*Averaged into 1.44 / 1.42 / 1.41 โ sold into 1.32 / 1.29 = -6.20
This was the emotional, desperation-style trade of the day.
I corrected it quickly, but I shouldnโt have taken it.*
OLMA โ 2 trades | -$8.47, +$2.14
Trade #1 โ Backside test 40.40 โ 31.93 (1 share) = -$8.47
Bad entry for my strategy. Wrong price range.
Trade #2 โ Reclaim scalp 34.39 โ 36.50 / 35.00 (2 shares) = +$2.14
Good read, but again โ this ticker doesnโt belong in my playbook.
Market Context
Felt trappy , slow
Lots of fake pivots, weak follow-through
Micro-sizing kept me safe while my emotions werenโt sharp
BBGI was the only legitimate setup all morning
Execution Notes
What I did well
Stayed micro-sized while feeling undisciplined
Cut losers immediately
No revenge trading
Didnโt add to losers
Took the A-setup with full size and executed perfectly
What I need to tighten
Check float BEFORE entering
Stop touching out-of-range tickers
Catch emotional impulses sooner
Address the multi-day experimentation/itch pattern
Emotional State / Morning Feel
I didnโt feel very disciplined this morning. I felt the urge to trade creeping in, so I kept myself safe by going micro-size while I figured out the market. When the clean setup finally showed up, I stepped in with my full 50-share size โ and thatโs what saved the entire day.
This has honestly been happening a few days in a row now. I think itโs a mix of giving myself space to experiment while still trying to balance risk and avoid major mistakes. Iโm scratching the itch with micro-size trades, but I can tell I need to stay very aware of this pattern.
Key Mistakes & Awareness
IRBT โ Float way too high (bad process; shouldnโt have entered)
JAGX โ Emotional, almost desperate entry
OLMA & ASPC โ Outside my price range (micro or not, itโs bad practice)
Multi-day itch pattern (needs to be addressed before it becomes habit)
Scorecard
Patience: C
Risk Management: B
Self-Awareness: B
Emotional Control: C
Discipline: C
Overall: C+
